I know it looks awful, that's why I put it here. I need help on this.

If you know it looks awful why the smeg did you make so many poses for it?

Anyway, make the outline smoother, as in make it look like it hasn't been done in MS Paint by hand, which is what I expect you did.
Just like a painting or drawing use shapes to help you get the base sprite done. An easy way of doing this would be to use the circle tool to create guides and then work from there.

some of the hand motions look a little awkward, but aside from that nice job!

I did many poses because I did this long time ago, and I thought it was good. but now that I have more "Experience", I know it's awful.

Definitely make the lines smoother. Some more contrast between shades wouldn't hurt, either, for starters.
