welp

tl;dr
apparently Activision wants to slap on a subscription fee to the Call of Duty franchise.

Although, some of the sources I've found were a little mixed up. Some make it sound like he's going to slap said subscription fee on their Call of Duty multiplayer games. Others make it sound like he wants a massive world for Call of Duty.
More likely, he wants the MMO idea to go live, but a ton of people are flipping out because they think it means "putting a fee on the CoD Multiplayer"

Welp.

After the glitch filled shit stain that was MW2, I don't think people would want to spend even more money than it costs to buy the game on a CoD. People already complain that it costs $15 for the map packs. Try charging those people $15 a year just to play.

I hope my brother does the same. Paying $15 to play a game that is filled with glitches, bugs and random shit, sounds like a great idea (sarcasm).

you wouldnt have to pay for online just for one specific game. youd still be able to play online on other COD games anyways so it wouldnt matter. even for the new ones they would just lose a shit load of audience of they did that, so i'm callin bullshit.

You should probably figure out how to not bump old topics first.
