My first post in this place.

well. It took me a long time but I have finally found some sprites from the game captain claw.
Captain claw is, from my opinion, the best video game ever made. It's about a pirate cat in it's adventure to colect the gems of the 9 lives in order to obtain ... something. Well I loved this game.
I love the gameplay, the bosses, the musik and, of course the graphics.
but I have discovered that there aren't that many graphics on the internet so I thought I should help.

I've never played the game, but I am familiar with the character via Shogo: Mobile Armor Division.

Maybe you should correct the mis-colored pixels here
I'd also suggest to have one huge sheet with the main character and not a dozen small sheets
The poll was also unnecessary, and yes, I know the game for a long time now

I don't want to be picky but... Does Claw have a dying animation or something? Jumping? The sheet seems so incomplete :/

Peardian unlocked this thread for me, since I figured out how to extract the files for this game. Hence, I will finish this (somewhat large) game! Smile

To start out, a full Captain Claw (the protagonist) rip.

For the record, I'm ripping everything from scratch (and can show giant file trees if needed =P ) - I'm not planning on using sheets that Cristi posted and adding to them (since most are missing a lot of sprites; just compare the Captain sheets. Tongue

). Was able to extract/convert the games image files, so these sheets are now just a matter of organizing the thousands of PNG files.

Powerups:

Note: This contains the three sword forms. I feel it would be best to remove the one "Fire Sword" sheet (since it also has the sparkles, which are separate from the sword sprite). The swords are temporary (time-limited), hence the "Powerups" category.
The same for the "Extra Life" sheet, since they were also in the "Powerups" folder, and the current sheet on the site contains a ton of extra frames for some reason. o.o
