Depends on the girl I guess. I'm pretty sure feet are naturaly suppost to be straight forward, with a slighht outward angle so the knee is still straight.

is just as stiff as his

the only immediately noticeable change on yours is the position of the feet and you changed the shape of the face a bit

You should slant the feet a bit, but you've gone overboard I think

Also in terms of stiffness, you don't really have to go CRAZY with the pose-changing,but she's looking kind of like she's standing to attention. Even when you're standing still you don't have your weight evenly balanced
naturally you'll be leaning on one foot more heavily than the other (I don't know why that happens actually, IT JUST DOES)
So, say you put her weight mostly on her left (our right); that leg should be straight and her left hip would be slightly raised; her right hip would be lower and her right leg would be bent (because there's less weight on it you don't have to tense up, basically). To compensate, the hips face the other way: left hip up, left shoulder down.

(the quality's not amazing but I recommend checking out some of her newer stock; it's all a bit SPARKLY ANIME POSES but there's a lot of useful reference there anyway)

Don't go too mad with it, unless you want her to look all sassy or something, if you want her to just look a bit more natural you only need to incline the hip a teeny bit.

This might take a bit of work to do actually. Sometimes you really do just have to start over. It's really frustrating but it pays off :>

raised the hip, added a larger curve and a transition into the leg.
tried to make hip to waist ration more reasonable.
I didn't mean to change the face, that was just sloppness
