This should ONLY go for his f-air, n-air, and his d-air. Attacks like his u-air and his b-air are made for quick recovery. There is no reason the should be slow, it would make a a bad character. His up-tilt as well.

The new sheet is looking pretty fantastic. Awesome that you guys are fixing it up like this. Hoooo boy that intro animation!
If I'd any time on my hands at all I'd definitely help out, but honestly you guys are doing a better job than I could.
