I've uploaded Jigglypuff's effects! She had a whole lot less than I thought. Just two, and one of them is a copy of Pikachu's!
Also, since thegameexplorer has taken entirely too long, I went ahead and ripped Zero Suit Samus's Effects and Zero Laser as well. That leaves us with just 18 non-fighter submissions to go, and only 12 of them are free! Grab them while you can!
Furthermore, TGE's remaining claims (Samus Effects, Toon Link Effects) are up for grabs until he can prove that he's not just sitting on them.
